All paid plans (Pro and Studio) include a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Within 14 days of initial purchase: Full refund available upon request.
After 14 days: No refund for the current billing period. You retain full access to all features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period after the 14-day window.
Technical failures: If a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours during a paid period, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the affected days. Please contact us with documentation of the issue.
Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same period, contact us immediately. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
Demo plan: The Demo plan is free and not eligible for refunds (there is nothing to refund).
To request a refund, email billing@obiriec.com with your account email and a brief description of the reason (not required for the 14-day guarantee).
Refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
