AI MUSIC PROMPT ARCHITECT is a professional AI-powered prompt engineering tool for Suno AI music generation, developed and operated by Armando Brecciaroli (Obiriec). It is a standalone service independent from Suno AI, Anthropic, and any other third-party platforms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may not share your account with third parties. One account per person — team features (Studio plan) allow multiple users under a single subscription.
You may use AI MUSIC PROMPT ARCHITECT to generate prompts and lyrics for your own creative projects, including commercial music production. You must not: use the service to generate content that infringes third-party copyrights · attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service · resell access to the tool · use automated scripts to abuse the API · generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates applicable law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you paste into the Morph Your Song tab (lyrics) is material you own or have rights to use. AI MUSIC PROMPT ARCHITECT does not verify ownership.
Your content: You retain all rights to the prompts, lyrics, and creative briefs you input. You also retain rights to the AI-generated output produced using your inputs — subject to Anthropic's and Suno's respective terms regarding AI-generated content.
Our IP: The AI MUSIC PROMPT ARCHITECT application, its code, quality pipeline, Obiriec quality standards, and brand identity remain the intellectual property of Armando Brecciaroli. Reproduction or distribution of the application or its components is prohibited without written permission.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
The Demo plan is free and subject to session-based limits. Exceeding Demo limits without upgrading will result in access restriction.
We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Availability depends partly on third-party APIs (Anthropic) which may experience outages. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers.
The built-in auto-retry system handles temporary API overloads (Error 529) with 3 attempts at 3s, 8s, and 15s intervals.
AI MUSIC PROMPT ARCHITECT is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the fitness of generated prompts for any specific purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected results. You use the generated output at your own discretion and risk.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
